This integration enables business data such as drawings, photos, and forms previously stored and shared on Box to be brought into SENSYN CORE Datastore alongside images, videos, and other data collected in the field, and used in workflows for data classification and analysis, as well as AI processing. It reduces the burden of manually transferring and registering data between systems, facilitates information sharing among stakeholders, including field and administrative teams, and streamlines the entire process from data storage to business operations.

Integration with Box

 ・Importing Data from Box

By specifying a Box folder for integration, users can import files, including those in subfolders, into SENSYN CORE Datastore. Users can also specify which file types to import: images, videos, or CSV files.

・Integrating Existing Data and Utilizing Workflows and AI

Images, videos, and other data collected in the field can be brought into SENSYN CORE Datastore together with existing data stored on Box. Users can run workflows and perform AI analysis on the integrated files. The integrated data can also be further utilized across various applications provided by SENSYN ROBOTICS as integration capabilities are expanded.

Comment from Noriyuki Sato, President, Box Japan K.K.

“Box Japan K.K. warmly welcomes SENSYN ROBOTICS’ launch of the integration between SENSYN CORE Datastore and Box.

“Companies accumulate large amounts of important content every day, including drawings, photos, and business forms. This integration enables content securely managed on Box and a variety of data collected in the field to be brought into SENSYN CORE Datastore for use in workflows and AI analysis. We expect this to help companies unlock further value from their content.”

Note

*1 GEMBA CONNECT is a cloud application that enables efficient management and sharing of information and tasks related to facilities and equipment.
