Tokyo, Japan – March 18, 2026 – SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of "Gembaconnect + IoT," a new feature that strengthens integration with external IoT devices within its facility management application, "Gembaconnect."
Background and Objectives
In recent years, the promotion of digital transformation (DX) has led to the increasing adoption of network cameras and IoT devices in large-scale plants and factories. However, as the number of installed devices grows, operational challenges have emerged, such as the difficulty of managing devices in a list, the lack of intuitive understanding of installation locations, and the inefficiency of constantly switching between technical drawings and onsite information.
"Gembaconnect + IoT" serves as a platform to utilize these external services more intuitively. By integrating real-time data collected from individual IoT devices directly onto onsite drawings and maps, the platform makes it easier to pinpoint exact locations and enhances the efficiency of site management. From the office, managers can access onsite meter readings and real-time video feeds simply by clicking on a drawing, enabling them to intuitively grasp the overall situation of the site.
Furthermore, when abnormal behavior is detected, alert information from the IoT device is linked to "Gembaconnect." This allows stakeholders to detect issues simultaneously, regardless of their location, leading to rapid information sharing and action.
Currently, the system supports data integration from various IoT devices, including the cloud recording service "Safie" *1 provided by Safie Inc., as well as AI-powered meter-reading devices.

Key Features of "Gembaconnect + IoT"
・Holistic Site Overview by Plotting IoT Devices on Maps/Drawings
Devices can be registered on multiple bases, including aerial photographs, maps, CAD drawings, P&IDs, and onsite panoramic images. Providing an environment where users can intuitively locate devices without relying on memory ensures that anyone can access the target IoT device without confusion.
・Linking "Identical IoT Devices" Across Different Drawings
The platform clarifies correspondences, such as: "This camera in the site photo" = "This position on the CAD drawing" = "This equipment on the P&ID." For example, by linking a valve's position on a P&ID with the Safie camera filming that specific spot, users can prevent confirmation errors and move smoothly between drawings and the actual site.
・Intuitive Navigation Based on "Points of Interest"
In integration with Safie, IoT device pins can be registered not only for the installation location but also for the subject being filmed. This shifts the workflow from "selecting a camera to see video" to "selecting the target equipment to see video," providing a navigation path more aligned with actual field operations.
・Data Accumulation and Advanced Anomaly Detection
Numerical data (from meter-reading IoT) and snapshots (from Safie) captured by each device can be saved to the "Gembaconnect" database. Additionally, by linking with PLC alerts, pins on the drawings can flash when an anomaly occurs, or notifications can be sent to smartphones, allowing users to grasp abnormalities immediately even without a PC.
・Integration with Drone-Captured Data
The platform also supports integration with data acquired by drones. Through SENSYN ROBOTICS' proprietary data management application, "SENSYN CORE Datastore," users can view drone-captured images directly from pins within "Gembaconnect."

Future Outlook
SENSYN ROBOTICS will continue to expand the range of compatible IoT devices and build environments where existing devices can be utilized cross-functionally. In addition to streamlining daily inspections and patrol duties, we aim to support the construction of sustainable facility management systems by accumulating and utilizing onsite performance and expertise as digital information.
