Tokyo, Japan - June 4, 2025 - SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. has signed a basic agreement with Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), and Easy Field Corporation (EFC). The agreement aims to deploy solutions based on Taiwanese-manufactured drones in the infrastructure sector and to collaborate on the deployment of the three companies' technologies in the Japanese and Taiwanese markets.
SENSYN ROBOTICS and ITRI have been working since 2023 to integrate Taiwanese-manufactured drones developed by ITRI with the power transmission facility inspection application "POWER GRID Check," and have been advancing the enhancement of automated solutions utilizing these drones. With the integration of the Taiwanese-manufactured drones and "POWER GRID Check" now complete, the collaboration will move forward to deploy services using Taiwanese-manufactured drones produced by EFC in both the Japanese and Taiwanese markets, foster technological developments in new business domains, and promote international cooperation.
Demonstration for Taiwanese Social Infrastructure Companies
Moving forward, the collaboration will be further strengthened to promote the deployment of solutions in the Taiwanese market. Feedback obtained locally will be brought back to Japan and reflected in product development, aiming to refine the solutions further. The goal is to continue evolving as a technology that addresses global on-site challenges.

What is 'POWER GRID Check'?
'POWER GRID Check' is a transmission equipment inspection application that utilizes drones, based on technology jointly developed by Sensyn Robotics and Chubu Electric Power Grid. It is characterized by its ability to automatically inspect transmission towers (supports and insulators) and transmission lines (ground wires and power lines) in one go. The application ensures a safe distance between the drone and the equipment while performing automated flights to collect consistent data, allowing workers without specialized knowledge of drones to easily conduct transmission line inspections.
