Tokyo, Japan - April 7 , 2025 -SENSYN ROBOTICS,Inc.is pleased to announce the launch of the generative AI-powered application ‘SENSYN CORE Agent’ as a new service on the AI application development platform ‘SENSYN CORE.’
The Importance of Generative AI for Operational Efficiency
In recent years, the evolution of generative AI technology has accelerated the efficiency of corporate operations. Particularly in the field of social infrastructure, where tasks often require specialized knowledge and involve handling vast amounts of documents, the importance of optimizing operations through AI has been growing. However, there remain high hurdles in building the optimal AI for various tasks, making it challenging to adopt such solutions.
SENSYN ROBOTICS, through the use of its AI application development platform ‘SENSYN CORE,’ is deploying solutions that incorporate generative AI. Furthermore, at the "2nd AI Challenge Day*1," a generative AI contest hosted by KADOKAWA ASCII Research Laboratories, Inc. and Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd., SENSYN ROBOTICS won the "ASCII Award," which highlighted the high regard for the company's AI implementation technology from external experts.
By leveraging the features of this platform, ‘SENSYN CORE Agent’ enables the streamlining of a wide range of operations.
About ‘SENSYN CORE Agent’
‘SENSYN CORE Agent’ is designed to cater to a variety of use cases. It has been proven through PoC (Proof of Concept) projects and actual operations in industries such as automobile manufacturing, plant engineering, and construction consulting.
- Answering specialized inquiries
It learns from internal knowledge bases and industry-standard information, automatically responding to specialized inquiries.
- Automating transcription tasks
Utilizing image recognition capabilities, it automatically extracts, converts, and transcribes necessary information from forms, thereby improving operational efficiency.
- Automating document generation
It extracts data from past documents and assists in creating reports and operational documents by automating transcription tasks.
Additionally, the application architecture incorporates RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)*2. This enhances the accuracy of learning and responses involving "tables, formulas, and diagrams," which are critical in the social infrastructure sector, enabling advanced data processing capabilities.

Use Cases
Mitsui Consultants Co., Ltd. has implemented a chatbot utilizing SENSYN CORE Agent to search for specialized technical literature.
In Mitsui Consultants' design operations, a significant amount of time was previously spent manually searching through a vast collection of technical materials to find necessary information. Amid growing demands for workstyle reform, there was a need for a solution that would enable even less experienced engineers to quickly access essential information and improve productivity while receiving guidance from veteran engineers.
To address this challenge, the application was introduced and trained on over 2,000 pages of specialized materials on civil engineering structures. It now automatically responds to technical inquiries related to design, significantly reducing the time spent on searching. As a result, work efficiency has improved, and the operational burden has been lightened.
Going forward, Mitsui Consultants plans to not only actively utilize this application but also expand the scope of tasks targeted for automation, thereby promoting further operational efficiency.

Future Developments
Looking ahead, we plan to expand the capabilities of ‘SENSYN CORE Agent’ to cover a wider range of operations. Additionally, as part of our R&D and business improvement services, we aim to promote co-creation with our clients through PoC projects and workshops utilizing generative AI, supporting practical operational improvements.
Specifically, we will offer services such as organizing and evaluating business challenges through AI-related workshops, developing prototype applications for verification, and formulating plans and roadmaps for AI implementation, thereby accelerating DX in the social infrastructure sector.
Notes
*1 "2nd AI Challenge Day"...
This was a two-day hackathon-style event organized by KADOKAWA ASCII Research Laboratories, Inc. and Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd., with 10 partner companies from Microsoft Japan participating. The participants competed in the development of an assistant for introducing Japan's World Heritage sites and in the implementation of RAG architecture for generative AI technologies.
*2 RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)...
RAG is a technology that combines information retrieval (Retrieval) and text generation (Generation). It retrieves relevant information from external databases or documents and generates responses based on that information, enabling more accurate and information-rich answers.
