Background and Objectives

The construction industry currently faces urgent challenges within its labor environment, including long working hours, a declining workforce, and an aging population. Additionally, the industry is confronting the "2024 Construction Problem" arising from the application of work-style reform legislation, necessitating immediate countermeasures. To build a sustainable and worker-friendly future for the construction industry, Daito Trust Construction has been actively promoting construction DX.

Meanwhile, SENSYN ROBOTICS has been addressing these social issues through data utilization solutions that leverage AI and other cutting-edge technologies, centered around its solution development platform, "SENSYN CORE". Against this background, the two companies have concluded this basic joint development agreement for "construction site DX" to combine their respective expertise and technologies to solve on-site challenges.

Future Initiatives

Based on the achievements and insights gained through past demonstration experiments, both companies will fully commence joint development aimed at achieving "construction site DX". By fusing Daito Trust Construction’s accumulated practical know-how in construction sites with SENSYN ROBOTICS’ advanced technological capabilities, the partnership aims to build highly effective solutions tailored to actual on-site environments.

Furthermore, going beyond the simple introduction of tools, the collaboration will focus on achieving "AX (AI Transformation)," which aims to transform business processes themselves by deeply integrating AI technology. By approaching challenges such as labor shortages, aging demographics, and the "2024 Construction Problem" from both technological and practical standpoints, both companies will contribute to creating sustainable construction sites.
