SENSYN ROBOTICS Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President: Takuya Kitamura; hereinafter “SENSYN ROBOTICS”) and Autonomous Control Systems Laboratory Ltd. (Head Office: Mihama-ku, Chiba, Japan / President and CEO;Hiroaki Ohta hereinafter "ACSL") have started a partnership to build a BtoB drone solution and implement it in society. Through this business alliance, the company will be able to seamlessly provide all phases of drone utilization, including the construction of solutions, including application-specific drone bodies and software systems, verification of effectiveness, introduction into actual operations, and post-introduction support, to meet the business challenges of end users.


As a first step, the development of the connection between ACSL's industrial drones and SENSYN FLIGHT CORE, an automated navigation platform provided by SENSYN ROBOTICS, has been completed and the solution will begin to be provided. In the field of logistics, it will be possible to fully automate indoor inspection work, such as inventory work, and to fully automate outdoor drone logistics. In addition, in the inspection field, remote monitoring and remote management make it possible to perform periodic inspections.

SENSYN FLIGHT CORE and other services that automate the operations required for business use of drones and other robotics technologies. We are particularly strong in the areas of equipment inspection, disaster prevention and mitigation, security and monitoring, such as monitoring of damage from disasters, as well as in the industrial infrastructure fields of electric power, steel, oil, railways and construction. ACSL is developing domestically produced industrial drones in order to realize manpower saving and unmanned operations in the industrial field. SENSYN ROBOTICS and ACSL share the understanding that for the accelerated implementation of drones in society, it is essential to consider and verify the actual operation and post-implementation support system from the solution construction stage including the development of the aircraft. By combining ACSL's strengths in developing drones through demonstration experiments (PoC) with SENSYN ROBOTICS' strengths in solution construction and social implementation, we are now able to provide end users with high-quality, one-stop support for drone utilization. The completion of the development of the connection between the ACSL industrial drone and the SENSYN FLIGHT CORE from SENSYN ROBOTICS enables us to provide safer and more efficient fully automated drone solutions in a wide range of fields, including logistics, infrastructure inspection, and disaster prevention and response. In addition to enabling autonomous flight and automatic take-off and landing of drones, it also enables centralized management of flight logs and sensor data management such as cameras during and after the flight.
