SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc.and Chiyoda Corporation have entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of further accelerating collaboration for greater efficiency and sophistication in the industrial field (the "Collaboration").

This collaboration will combine Chiyoda's solution plantOS®, which supports the transformation of O&M operations of domestic and overseas clients from both cyber and physical perspectives, with the technological capabilities that Chiyoda has honed in the infrastructure maintenance field. We will collect data in a timely manner using robots and drones, aggregate it into the company's 3D digital twin platform, and use the latest technologies such as AI to derive insights and co-create solutions that create new value.

In order to maintain the integrity of aging facilities, it is important to improve the quality and frequency of daily inspections. The introduction of automated patrolling drones and rover-type robots and the utilization of the data they acquire will become indispensable in the near future.

On the other hand, introducing and utilizing advanced technologies requires specialized knowledge. Since there are many operational costs besides the initial investment, such as ongoing maintenance, and new technologies and products are continuously and frequently updated, they are not easy for all businesses to adopt.

To address these issues, we aim to provide business safety for sustainable, safe, and secure corporate activities by combining our technological capabilities in robotics, AI, XR, and other areas with Chiyoda's comprehensive capabilities, including on-site (physical) capabilities.
