SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. has launched the facility management application GEMBA CONNECT.


GEMBA CONNECT is a cloud application that allows users to manage and share facility information and tasks for each facility or building. It is possible to keep a history of interactions with related offices through a chat tool linked to tasks. In addition, tasks can be managed on a 360° panorama, minimizing on-site visits.

The trial service has been available since July 2022, and has been renamed GEMBA CONNECT and put into service.

Additional Functions

With the launch of the service, a 360° panorama history management and comparison function has been added.
This enables 360° panoramic comparison of the past and present in restoration work, etc., increasing the range of applications in the field of renovation.

Information management is indispensable for managing a large number of properties, but the status of each member's response has become individualized, and we have always felt that we needed to visualize the work of each member. GEMBA CONNECT allows us to centrally manage the response status of each facility and building, which is helpful in managing the progress of the staff in charge. We use GEMBA CONNECT by carrying a tablet on site. In the course of our work, we felt that we wanted to make it more efficient to monitor the progress of each property and share issues.
Until now, reports were written on a management sheet on the in-house server, and data could not be viewed without returning to the office, but GEMBA CONNECT can manage data on the cloud, so it is easy to access and grasp information on each property even when away from home. In addition, the ability to input data while on the move has led to improved operational efficiency.

Facility and Building Management Application Renamed GEMBA CONNECT

We are pleased to announce that our facility and building management application "Property Hub" has been renamed to GEMBA CONNECT.
Property Hub was created as a service to improve operational efficiency in the real estate industry, including property management and building management.
Through service trials, we found that there is a need for services in on-site management operations such as remodeling and pest control in addition to building management, and that the service can be used not only for office buildings but also for a wide range of business categories such as condominiums, factories, hotels, and commercial facilities. We have changed the name of the service in order to make it more familiar to more customers onsite and to further expand its recognition.

The new name "GEMBA CONNECT" is based on the concept of "connecting people and workplaces, connecting people and information, and connecting people and information," and means "connecting workplaces (GEMBA Connect).CONNECT is a new name for a new system that will facilitate the smooth handling of a wide variety of on-site operations and improve operational efficiency.
