SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. will begin offering a free trial of its "Property Hub" (now "Genkone") facility management application to a limited number of 10 companies.
Property Hub is a cloud application for PM (Property Management), BM (Building Management), and other facility management professionals that allows centralized management of issues, files, and 360° panoramas for each facility.
In addition to the employees of the company that introduced the application, users can visualize and share the status of facility repairs and defects with outsourcing companies while utilizing the 360° panorama. The application is also mobile-compatible, so it can be checked and reported immediately on site, speeding up the speed of problem resolution.
Property Hub was jointly developed by combining SENSYN ROBOTICS' SENSYN 360 and Datastore, which are functions of SENSYN CORE, with Sun Frontier Real Estate's on-site knowledge of small and medium-sized office buildings in central Tokyo.
In the facility management business, there are many cases where operations are difficult to digitize, such as on-site visits and frequent use of paper documents, materials, telephone calls, and faxes.
However, with the rapid penetration of teleworking following the Corona disaster, the real estate industry is also required to utilize digital technology to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and develop flexible services that meet the changing needs of consumers.
Property Hub will minimize on-site visits and enable real-time sharing of on-site conditions with all parties involved, thereby improving the operational efficiency of property management operations.
In addition, the system allows for easy access when necessary by managing all facility-specific documents and past correspondence in one place.
We will continue to promote the development of this system by regularly upgrading its version to realize more efficient facility management operations.
