Tokyo, Japan – September 24, 2025 – SENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. is pleased to announce an enhanced integration between "SENSYN CORE Pilot", the drone automatic flight path creation software within its solution development platform "SENSYN CORE", and DJI Pilot 2, the standard control software for DJI's industrial drones. This enhancement allows users to import and edit drone flight routes created with the Live Mission Recording and AI Spot-Check features into SENSYN CORE Pilot, which significantly improves usability.
Previously, creating automatic drone flight routes using the Live Mission Recording feature in DJI Pilot 2 required operating on the small screen of the remote controller. There were also challenges, such as the drone failing to capture the intended subject due to shifts in the viewing angle during automatic flight, which could be caused by slight errors in flight accuracy or the drone's unique characteristics, especially when increasing the zoom magnification.
With this new integration, SENSYN CORE now supports DJI's AI Spot-Check feature and the import of routes created with DJI Pilot 2 into SENSYN CORE. This enhanced integration offers the following benefits:
・Accurate Zoom Photography: Automated flights that include high-magnification zoom photography can now capture subjects more accurately. This is expected to solve issues like "the viewing angle was off, and the subject wasn't captured" when reviewing recorded data.
・Cloud-Based Flight Route Management: You can now upload flight routes created with the DJI Pilot 2 Live Mission feature to SENSYN CORE Pilot. This enables the sharing of routes across multiple drones without being tied to a single remote controller, allowing for centralized management of flight routes in the cloud.
・Easier Adjustments on a Large PC Screen: You can now perform detailed edits of flight routes recorded with Live Mission on the large PC screen of SENSYN CORE Pilot, a task that was previously done on the small remote controller screen. This includes adding and editing video recording actions while maintaining latitude, longitude, altitude, and viewing angle. SENSYN CORE Pilot can also import KMZ files created with DJI Pilot 2 via the cloud, allowing you to view and edit the shooting actions of each waypoint on a detailed route screen. For AI Spot-Check, you can display and edit subject images and even delete AI Spot-Check data.
SENSYN ROBOTICS will continue to expand its services to help users involved in social infrastructure inspection and other tasks to carry out their work more smoothly, making the most of the excellent features of DJI products and the simplicity of SENSYN CORE Pilot.
Notes
*1 AI Spot-Check: A feature where the drone's onboard AI adjusts the gimbal angle to match the viewing angle of image data included in the route information.
*2 KMZ File:A compressed KML (Keyhole Markup Language) file, which is a geospatial file format used in Google Earth and other geospatial software. It contains geographic data such as flight routes and waypoints.
